Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees and visitors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception areas.
  • Ensure pantry supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages when required.
  • Clean and organize kitchen and pantry equipment regularly.
  • Assist with photocopying, filing, document distribution, and other basic office support tasks.
  • Receive and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitor and replenish office consumables such as tissues, water bottles, and pantry items.
  • Dispose of waste and maintain proper housekeeping standards.
  • Support office staff with miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
  • Follow company health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
