Potential responsibilities

• Handle general administrative duties and office documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide support, and follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Prepare reports, organize business data, and analyze operational, cost, and performance information.
• Support accounting, payroll, reporting, and other financial functions.
• Assist management with daily operations and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree, depending on the position.
• Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• English/Chinese bilingual ability is an asset for certain positions.
• Advanced Excel skills are an asset.
• Power BI, SQL, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, or Power Query experience is preferred for Data Analyst positions.
• Canadian or North American accounting experience is preferred for accounting positions.

Compensation

• Pay is listed at $17.95–$30.00 per hour; competitive compensation depends on position, qualifications, and experience.

Locations and work setting

• Work location is in person.
