About The Role
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and basic support services within the office to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
This role includes handling routine administrative and housekeeping tasks such as serving refreshments, managing office supplies, assisting staff with daily needs, and ensuring that office areas are clean and well-maintained.
The Office Boy plays a supportive role in facilitating day-to-day office operations and contributing to overall workplace productivity.

Timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks
Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to assist all staff
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Ensure all office areas (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, restrooms) are clean and tidy at all times
Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies as required
Support smooth day-to-day office operations through timely assistance
Handle documents, files, and deliveries responsibly and accurately
Ensure proper maintenance and safe handling of office equipment and materials
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Clean and maintain office premises, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and clearing them after use
Distribute and collect documents, parcels, and mail within and outside the office if needed
Run basic errands such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents
Assist administrative staff with simple clerical tasks when required
Ensure pantry items are stocked and organized
Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Job requirements:
Basic education (high school preferred)
Ability to read and understand simple instructions
Basic English knowledge; additional languages are a plus
Relevant training or experience is an advantage
Experience
Previous experience in office support, housekeeping, or a similar role preferred
Familiarity with basic cleaning, pantry, and office assistance tasks
Experience handling office errands, documents, or deliveries is an advantage
