Overview

  • Assisting sales and business development activities, including lead generation, customer follow-ups, and client relationship management.
  • Coordinating with prospective and existing clients to understand requirements and provide timely support.
  • Managing client communications through emails, phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports, and business documents.
  • Maintaining sales records, customer databases, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, employees and customer.
  • Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
  • Monitoring sales activities, preparing performance reports, and providing administrative support to management.
  • Assisting the Director and CEO in daily business operations while ensuring smooth office administration
  • Managing calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and day-to-day executive support for the Director and CEO
