Office Assistant

to support daily office operations at our office in

Arjan, Dubai

.

The ideal candidate must be organised, professional, confident on the phone, and able to manage admin work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Handle daily office administration and clerical work
  • Maintain records, files, schedules, and office documents
  • Coordinate with the operations team, supervisors, clients, and office staff
  • Assist with quotations, job updates, follow-ups, and basic reporting
  • Use office systems including

Excel, Jobber, and Zoho

  • Support the team with day-to-day communication and coordination
  • Ensure office tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 2+ years’ work experience in the UAE
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
  • Good communication and phone etiquette
  • Strong knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

  • Experience using
  • Jobber and Zoho
  • preferred
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
  • Must be able to work full-time from our office in
