Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Office and Administrative Domains Specialist to work on a contractor basis.
This specialist will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, focusing on office and administrative domains.
The goal is to provide high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform, ultimately contributing to the development of reliable AI agents in various industries.
The specialist will work closely with the client to review and analyze business documents, extract key information, and create clear, structured questions or insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze business documents, standard operating procedures, reports, and workflows to identify key information and create clear, structured questions or insights.
- Perform basic analytical and reasoning tasks to extract key information and identify inconsistencies or gaps in operational content.
- Deliver high-quality written work, including clear and concise reports, summaries, and analyses of business documents and workflows.
- Identify and document areas for process improvement, providing recommendations for increasing efficiency and effectiveness in office and administrative domains.
- Collaborate with the client to provide feedback and insights on the development of AI models, ensuring that they are accurate, reliable, and effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong office administration skills, including experience with executive assistance, written communication, and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in digital office tools, including document editing and spreadsheet software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and gaps in operational content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
