Office Administrator/Receptionist
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and candidates, while also providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Prior experience in a staffing or recruitment environment within the GCC is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Coordinate with candidates for documentation, onboarding, and application processes
- Maintain and update candidate records and databases
- Support recruitment teams with scheduling interviews and follow-ups
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general administrative tasks
- Ensure reception area and office environment are well-maintained
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and basic data entry
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a staffing or recruitment agency within the GCC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
