Substances Support Scotland is seeking an administrator to support its services and office operations.
The role provides administrative support in a busy office and serves as a first point of contact for service users, partners and colleagues.
About you

- Strong communication, prioritisation, teamwork and attention to detail are expected.
- Applicants should be skilled in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Applicants should be comfortable managing telephone enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
Desirable experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, the DAISy reporting system, SharePoint, OneDrive, BreatheHR or Dext is advantageous.
- Experience in health, social care, recovery or the third sector is advantageous.
