We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, provide minor sales support, and assist with basic legal and compliance matters.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while supporting management, clients, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and document control.
- Maintain company records, licenses, permits, and employee files.
- Support the sales team with client follow-ups.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities, external consultants, and service providers.
- Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and support senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
- Neat appearance and excellent communication skills ( Written and spoken )
- 3+ years of experience in office administration or office management.
- Experience with sales administration and contract/document management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- **UAE experience preferred.**
Salary
Competitive, based on experience.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
