Role Description
We are seeking a versatile, experienced, and proactive Administrator who can function as an Accountant, Office Administrator, and support in multiple areas including bookkeeping, tax compliance, HR, social media, and Graphic Design
The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled professional with strong knowledge of UAE business practices, capable of handling end-to-end administrative, financial, Tax & Regulatory Compliance (FTA/ filings and tax protocols in UAE), and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
include managing office equipment, providing administrative assistance, handling communication internally and externally, maintaining customer service standards, and supporting office administration activities.
· Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Recording transactions in the appropriate company account ledgers using spreadsheets or accounting software

Preparing and filing basic financial documents, such as income statements, profit and loss (P&L) statements and totals by account

Reconciling accounts by comparing bank information to records

Organizing receipts, invoices and physical copies of financial documents

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash

Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Prepare and file VAT returns and other FTA-related submissions as per UAE government rules
- Ensure compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) protocols and deadlines in UAE
- Support Corporate Tax requirements and documentation
· Banking & Finance
- Manage banking relationships with UAE banks

Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and follow-ups

Perform general office administration duties (correspondence, filing, record keeping, office supplies, etc.)

Coordinate daily office operations and support management as needed

Maintain employee records, leave management, and HR documentation

Assisting the management in the full hiring process (CV screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with the candidates, and onboarding)

Manage company social media accounts (posting, scheduling, and basic engagement)

Develop basic social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement
-
Create basic graphic designs using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE (mandatory)
· Proven experience for at least 1 year as Accountant / Bookkeeper in UAE
· Strong hands-on experience with FTA filings, VAT returns, and UAE tax protocols
·
Experience
managing bank relationships in the UAE
· Solid background in Office Administration
· Working knowledge of HR functions in the UAE
· Proficiency in Graphic Design software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
·
Experience
in Social Media Management (content posting and basic management)
· Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
· High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
· Immediate availability / can join immediately
