We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities.
- Monitor and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Assist with HR and basic accounting tasks as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other departments.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and operates efficiently.
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
