About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Office Administrator** to join our real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have **at least 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector** and be familiar with government portals and documentation related to property sales and leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle **DLD (Dubai Land Department) transactions and registrations**
- Manage **Oqoodi registrations and updates**
- Process **RERA-related documentation and compliance**
- Handle **Ejari registration, renewal, and cancellation**
- Coordinate **Escrow account documentation and follow-ups**
- Manage **Trakheesi permit applications and renewals**
- Prepare and process **SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) registrations in DLD**
- Assist with **property leasing documentation and tenant file management**
- Coordinate with **brokers, clients, and government authorities**
- Maintain and update **property files, contracts, and company records**
- Assist in **preparing forms, letters, and real estate documentation**
- Ensure **proper record keeping for sales and leasing transactions**
- Support the team with **administrative and office coordination tasks**
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of UAE real estate administrative experience**
- Strong knowledge of **DLD, Oqoodi, RERA, Ejari, Escrow, and Trakheesi systems**
- Experience in **SPA registrations and leasing processes**
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience working with a **real estate developer or brokerage in Dubai**
- Familiarity with **Dubai property regulations and documentation procedures**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
