Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Office Administrator to join our Dubai office.
The role includes managing daily office operations, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, supporting documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
You will also oversee office supplies, assist with reports and presentations, and help maintain an organized and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration or administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage schedules, documents, and office operations efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative processes.
- Previous experience in a media, marketing, or creative agency is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
