About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **CRM Administrator** to manage, maintain, and optimize our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system (data entry, updates, and integrity)
  • Customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports based on business needs
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to support decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Administration, Operations, Finance, and Management) for CRM updates and reporting
  • Ensure proper tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum **0–2 years of experience** in CRM administration (experience in construction or contracting industry is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., ODOO, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with **ODOO CRM** is highly preferred
  • Background in contracting, facility management, or real estate industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
