Overview
We are looking for a **smart, organized, and proactive Office Admin / Social Media Executive** to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle daily office administration and coordination
✅ Manage calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
✅ Prepare documents, reports, and maintain office records
✅ Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
✅ Create basic social media posts / promotional content
✅ Coordinate online marketing campaigns and customer engagement
✅ Support management with general administrative tasks
Requirements
✔ Fluent in **English & Hindi** (Arabic is an advantage)
✔ Good communication and customer service skills
✔ Knowledge in **social media marketing**
✔ Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop is a plus)
✔ Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, Excel)
✔ Ability to work under pressure and multitask
✔ Positive attitude and professional appearance
Working Hours:** 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
