Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and HR documentation
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Support accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with office management software or ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting
  • Familiarity with HR processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Billingual arabic and english
