Job Summary

Key Responsibilitiesadministrative Duties

• Handle day-to-day office administration activities
• Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Maintain office files, records, and documents
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and reports
• Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and clients
• Schedule meetings, service visits, and appointments
• Maintain employee attendance and office supplies

Accounting Duties

• Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices
• Maintain petty cash and expense records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups
• Prepare VAT-related documents and reports
• Assist in monthly financial reporting
• Maintain accounting records using accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Excel)

Required Skills

• Knowledge of office administration procedures
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage documentation
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Experience in administration and accounts preferred
• UAE experience is an advantage
