Position: Office Administrative

Report to: company director

Overall

Office administrator, office manager will handle complete office administrative tasks with some additional tasks mentioned below in detail in responsibilities;

Responsibilities

  • He will responsible for bookkeeping tasks such as day to day petty cash, making invoices, monitoring accounts receivables and payables, ledger maintain and budget tracking of monthly and yearly basis.
  • Keep handle bank related transactions of the company accounts, incoming and outgoing.
  • Oversea and Maintain general office files i.e. staff files, payroll files, stock lists, vendor files and other files related to company operations.
  • Responsible to maintain office environment for day to day operation, incoming and outgoing of vehicles their gate passes, taking picture, editing of the vehicles and upload on social media and keep maintain and update company website.
  • Handle incoming and visiting customers, their phone calls and online inquires related to vehicle sales as well. (posting ads and reply phone calls as well)
  • Responsible to create good relationship with outside stakeholders, suppliers for incoming shipments, immigration to renew company trade license, vat returns and vat refunds and other custom and shipping related documentations.
  • He will be responsible to execute company’s director new ideas to increase the business line in same field of the automotive or other related fields.
  • Responsible to handle the sales team their day to day sales activities for documentations purposes.
  • Responsible to handle the procurement team for their purchases related to new vehicles and spare parts as well from the local market and international market as well.
  • Responsible to participate in different auctions locally in UAE and outside UAE and report to the director for best possible options of the cars.
  • Job specifications:
  • Candidate having bachelor or master degree in business administrations

Experience

Candidate have very good experience in automotive company in same filed of administration manager or general manager of automotive company.

Note

In above mentioned responsibilities, new tasks can be added or removed depends on the management decision by keeping in view business requirements.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
