Off Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Role Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely shipment of finished goods and service parts to customers.
This role leads shipping personnel, enforces standard work, ensures compliance with customer requirements, and drives continuous improvement across shipping, staging, and dock operations.
The Shipping Supervisor plays a key role in cost control, labor efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery performance.

Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing environments a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (QAD) a plus
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word a plus
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive accountability and standard work
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Understanding of warehouse operations, shipping documentation, and material flow
- Ability to train
- Certifications / Training
- ISO 14001 / SOX / IATF 16949 awareness a plus
- Completion of required training per the Classification Training Matrix
- Performance & Eligibility Requirements
- Must maintain good attendance
- Ability to work required shift and flexible hours as business needs dictate
Preferred Qualifications
