Off-Plan Sales Agent

About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Agent Female to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking investment opportunities in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market, property launches, and competitor offerings.
• Assist clients with property selection, investment advice, and financial options.
• Negotiate offers and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan projects.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
