We are looking for sharp, connected, and aggressive Off-Plan Specialists who know how to navigate Tier-1 developer launches, build investor portfolios, and close high-value transactions.
Leveraging our **20-year legacy in the Dubai real estate industry**, we maintain rock-solid relationships with major master developers, giving you first-priority access, allocations, and VIP invites to the hottest launches.
Operating out of our premium corporate space on **Sheikh Zayed Road**, you will have every tool required to dominate the off-plan sector.
What We Are Looking For
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of continuous, successful experience specializing in **off-plan property sales within the Dubai market**.
- **Developer Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of upcoming projects, payment plans, master communities, and strong working relationships with Dubai’s top developers.
- **Investor Management:** Exceptional skill in managing local and international high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and guiding them through the off-plan investment cycle.
- **Driver’s License:** Valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle are required.
