Role overview

The company is seeking Off-Plan Property Advisors with Dubai real estate experience.

Advisors support clients in identifying investment opportunities and purchasing off-plan properties.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market and experience selling off-plan projects and working with developers.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  • Arabic proficiency and a valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales responsibilities

  • Help clients identify investment opportunities and purchase off-plan properties.
  • Sell off-plan projects, work with developers, achieve sales targets, and close deals.
