- Convert opportunities into successful transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience closing real estate deals in Dubai and working with international investors is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills are required.
- Candidates need knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and developers and the ability to manage listings, leads, and client follow-ups.
- A professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills are sought.
- Fluent English is required; French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, or Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure.
