Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Off Plan Consultant role based in Dubai.
The Off Plan Consultant will identify and present suitable off-plan projects to prospective buyers, conduct property tours and presentations, and provide up-to-date information on project details, payment plans, and developer offerings.
The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing a personal sales pipeline, and following up consistently through calls, messages, meetings, and property events.
The consultant will guide clients through the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and needs assessment to reservation, documentation, and handover coordination.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, staying informed about market trends and competitor projects, collaborating with internal teams on marketing campaigns, and ensuring all interactions comply with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally in Dubai off-plan or investment properties, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong client relationship skills, including active listening, needs analysis, and the ability to build trust with buyers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, off-plan project structures, payment plans, and basic investment and ROI concepts.
- Comfort with lead-generation tools, CRM systems, and common office and communication software.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (such as RERA certification) and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are beneficial.
