Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-Plan Consultant - Arabic \| Chinese \| European Speaker at PSI, located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The role includes providing property consultation services, assisting clients in identifying suitable properties, and guiding clients through the process of purchasing off-plan properties.
The consultant will build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct market research, and stay updated on market trends to provide sound advice to clients.
The role also involves participating in sales presentations and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic, Chinese, or a European language to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and meeting sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management and team collaboration
- Knowledge of the real estate market and market trends, particularly in the Abu Dhabi Emirate
- Experience in the property or real estate sector is advantageous
- Desire to work on-site and in a fast-paced, client-focused
