Odoo Trainer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for employees on all Odoo ERP modules and daily operations
• Train end-users on system processes, workflows, and best practices
• Provide training on Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Accounting, Finance, HR, Payroll, Attendance, Projects, Maintenance, Quality, Fleet, and other operational modules
• Explain system workflows and department integration within Odoo
• Prepare training materials, presentations, user manuals, and training schedules
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training
• Support employees during system adoption and daily system usage
• Answer user questions and provide guidance on system functions
• Coordinate with department managers to identify training requirements
• Evaluate employee understanding and training effectiveness
• Assist in improving user knowledge and system utilization across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience as an Odoo Trainer, ERP Trainer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and workflows
• Good understanding of business operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and HR processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
• Ability to explain technical and operational processes in a simple and practical manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• English language proficiency; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience training employees in industrial and commercial environments
• Ability to train users from different departments and operational levels
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct classroom and online training sessions
• Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
