About Us

Terrain Group is a diversified business group headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, operating across three entities: Al Khaleej Polymers Rubber and Plastic Industries LLC, the manufacturing backbone — an ISO 9001-certified producer of rubber flooring surfaces and plastic moulded products serving domestic and international markets; Urban Terrain Sports Equipment LLC (Terrain Floorings), the sales and project execution arm for sports and flooring solutions; and Terrain Play Sports LLC (TerrainPlay), the dedicated retail and distribution arm for premium indoor and outdoor playground and recreational equipment. We are embarking on a full-scale Odoo ERP transformation to unify operations across all three entities — and we are looking for the right person to own it.

The Role

This is a greenfield ERP transformation, not a support position. You will serve as the architect of how our business runs on Odoo — leading discovery, designing workflows, and driving implementation across a multi-entity manufacturing group. We expect both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

What You Will Do

Discovery & Design

• Conduct structured requirements sessions with department heads across all three entities
• Map current business processes and design future-state Odoo workflows before configuration begins
• Produce clear documentation: process maps, configuration briefs, and SOPs per module

Implementation

• Architect and deploy the full ERP scope: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Manufacturing (MRP), Quality, Accounting, Project, Timesheet, and Maintenance
• Architect and deploy the complete HRMS stack: Employee, Attendance, Time Off, Recruitment, and Payroll
• Configure Odoo as a true multi-company environment with entity-specific structures and group-level visibility

Training & Go-Live

• Deliver end-user training on staging before each module goes live
• Lead UAT with departmental teams and manage phased go-live across all entities

Post Go-Live

• Serve as the organisation's internal Odoo authority
• Manage system stability, user support, and continuous improvement

Reporting

• Submit a structured End-of-Day (EOD) progress report every working day covering progress, blockers, decisions required, and next-day plan — this is a standard, non-negotiable expectation

Who You Are

Must-Have

• 4–7 years of hands-on Odoo experience with at least two full-cycle implementations delivered
• Deep functional knowledge of Manufacturing (MRP) in Odoo — production planning, shop-floor workflows, and quality management
• Mandatory, proven hands-on experience configuring Odoo Accounting for UAE VAT
• Demonstrated experience setting up Odoo multi-company environments
• Hands-on experience with the full Odoo HRMS suite: Attendance, Time Off, and Payroll
• Technical proficiency in Python, XML, and QWeb for customisations and custom reporting
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
• UAE-based or genuinely ready to relocate; full-time on-site presence is required

Nice to Have

• Odoo Certification (v16 or v17)
• Background in rubber, plastics, or process manufacturing
• Familiarity with UAE WPS payroll requirements
• Experience supporting both manufacturing and commercial entities in a shared Odoo instance
