About This Role
Operations
We are looking for a detail-oriented Odoo Item Administrator to join our team and ensure all items are accurately created, structured, and maintained in Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain all items (materials, components, finished products)
- Ensure correct item configuration (UoM, category, routes, costing)
- Maintain clear and standardized naming conventions
- Prevent duplicate or incorrect item creation
- Ensure items are fully ready before operational use
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for BOM readiness
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of inventory or operations
