The role
Lead the Odoo implementation team and own project delivery from kickoff to go-live.
Serve as the main customer contact and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Odoo functional consultants and developers.
- Own end-to-end delivery of Odoo implementation projects.
- Coordinate customer requirements, timelines, UAT, and go-live.
- Conduct requirements-gathering workshops; prepare BRDs and scope documents.
- Plan, assign, and track tasks; manage risks, change requests, and escalations.
- Report project status to customers and management.
- Ensure quality of configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Support presales with solution demos and effort estimates when required.
- Handle post-go-live support handover and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Odoo experience, including 2 years leading a team or projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Point of Sale, and Manufacturing.
- Proven delivery of full-cycle Odoo implementations.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of Python and the Odoo framework to guide developers.
- Experience with Odoo 16, 17, 18, or 19 is preferred.
- UAE implementation experience is a strong advantage.
Pay
- AED 2,000–5,000 per month.
