We are currently looking for an
Hr & Administrative Assistant Specialist
to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a
highly organized and proactive professional
who enjoys supporting both Human Resources and office administration.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare, process and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters, and employee lifecycle documents.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy in
Sap
- and
- PayTrax.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, visa-related documentation, and general HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and administrative purchases.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
- **Mandatory working knowledge of SAP and PayTrax.**
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
