JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education - Required
- BS or MS in Occupational Therapy from accredited school
- Minimum Work Experience
- Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Required Licenses / Registrations
- OT - Occupational Therapist
- Maintain active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Massachusetts
- Required Classes/Skills -
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- 8-4:30pm Monday-Friday

- License/Registration/Certification Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) (Including courses offered through SSH), INSTRUCTOR- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) (Including courses offered through SSH), Occupational Therapist - Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) - Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), Occupational Therapy Temporary License - Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) - Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred.
