Some of the things you will do in this role include:
Supporting participants in the community or clinic
Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy
Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals
Here’s what you get:
✔ A guaranteed salary of $89,600 including super ✔ KM travel reimbursement ✔ $1,500 annual PD allowance ✔ Performance-based incentives (potential to earn more + give to the community) ✔ Laptop, smartphone & clinical toolkit ✔ Flexible working options - work from the office, home or your favourite café ✔ Professional indemnity insurance ✔ Salary packaging options, including novated leasing, option to purchase additional leave

- You’re a soon-to-be graduated OT who is: • AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration • Curious and compassionate • Excited to learn and try new things • Keen for a workplace with flexibility, growth and Support • Ready to make a difference in people’s lives • Not afraid of a good OT pun (bonus points if you make your own) • A licensed driver with your own vehicle
