Bloom Therapy Speech Center is growing, and we're looking for two passionate Occupational Therapists to join our pediatric team in Dubai.
We have full-time and part-time vacancies available, with flexible salary structures to suit either arrangement.
What You'Ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging therapy sessions (individual and group) aligned with client goals
- Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and team members to ensure consistent care
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide clear feedback to parents
- Stay up-to-date with current best practices in pediatric therapy
- What we're looking for:
- DHA license or eligibility letter as an OT or PMT (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years' pediatric experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and time-management abilities
- UAE driving license (recommended)
- Experience in Dubai schools/nurseries (an advantage)
