Position Overview

The Dickinson OP clinic on State Street is owned and operated by RehabVisions

Adult and peds caseload mix

Pay range $39 - $45 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance bonus plan with incentives tied to your clinical results.

Flexible $8,000 career bonus - use it for sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or combination

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients
  • Complete documentation
  • Plan, market and develop new programs
  • Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
  • Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
  • Assist in the general operation of the department
  • Supervise COTA’s in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

  • Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
  • Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
  • Possess or be eligible for ND state licensure
