Duties
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
- Set realistic goals to improve children's physical, mental, and social health.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients' families, teachers, and carers.
- Keep patient records and care plans up to date.
- Attend multidisciplinary case meetings to plan and review ongoing treatment.
Requirements
- Active DHA license or eligibility for the DHA licensing process.
- At least 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
- Good communication skills.
