About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **OAS (Oracle Analytics Server) Senior Develope**r to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level analytics and reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Analytics, data modeling, dashboard development, and BI reporting, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-performance analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Develop and optimize data models, subject areas, and semantic layers.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs.
- Integrate OAS with multiple data sources including Oracle databases, data warehouses, and external systems.
- Optimize query performance and ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI/reporting issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and business teams.
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Mentor junior developers and support best practices in BI development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in BI/Analytics development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) or OBIEE.
- Proficiency in:
- Data modeling and BI semantic layer development
- SQL and Oracle database concepts
- Dashboard and report development
- Experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Analytics or OBIEE migration to OAS.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL and performance tuning.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Oracle Analytics certification is an advantage.
