Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and online training classes to our customers utilizing our NX Manufacturing product suite.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, command of specific technical subject matter, ability to learn new technologies very quickly, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in the simplest possible terms (relative to the audience)
- Stimulate interest and enhance learner understanding through appropriate anecdotes, stories, analogies and humor. Use activities that allow learners to review and apply content at appropriate intervals.
- Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers user communities.
- Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position
- Required: 5-10 years of experience in design, development and delivery of training, and blended-learning solutions
- Strong hands-on experience using NX Manufacturing products is absolutely required

- Must be able to support US Dept of defense requests
