1. Client Consultations & Assessments
- Conduct detailed one-on-one consultations to understand client goals, lifestyle, and challenges.
- Analyze body composition, eating patterns, and training routines.
- Set clear, realistic and measurable nutrition goals
2. Customized Nutrition Programming
- Develop structured, goal-specific meal plans for fat loss, muscle gain and performance
- Provide practical, easy-to-follow guidance tailored to each client’s lifestyle
- Recommend supplementation where appropriate (within professional scope)
3. Progress Monitoring & Results Delivery
- Track client progress using tools such as InBody and other performance indicators
- Adjust nutrition strategies based on measurable outcomes
- Ensure clients stay accountable, engaged and motivated throughout their journey
4. Trainer Collaboration & Integration
- Work closely with Personal Trainers to align nutrition with training intensity and goals
- Contribute to a fully integrated transformation program for members
5. Revenue Contribution & Client Retention
- Actively promote and sell nutrition programs/packages to members
- Build strong client relationships that drive renewals and long-term retention
- Play a direct role in growing the gym’s nutrition service revenue
6. Compliance & Professional Standards
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
