Key Responsibilities
- **Client Assessment:** Conduct nutritional assessments and consultations to understand customer health goals.
- **Meal Plan Design:** Develop personalized subscription meal plans tailored to calorie, macro, and dietary needs.
- **Menu Collaboration:** Work closely with chefs to ensure meals are balanced, portion‑controlled, and aligned with health standards.
- **Nutritional Analysis:** Monitor and evaluate the nutritional content of dishes; adjust recipes to meet dietary guidelines.
- **Education & Counseling:** Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
- **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health regulations and HACCP/ISO food safety standards.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, dietary plans, and compliance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Licensed/registered dietitian in Qatar (or eligibility for licensing).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, wellness programs, or food service.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets, sports nutrition, and weight management.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced kitchen and operations environment.
- Working in a healthy Meal subscription is a plus.
