Overview
We are seeking a skilled and health-conscious Nutrition Cook to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for a VIP individual in a private household setting.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of balanced diets, healthy cooking methods, hygiene standards, and personalized meal planning.
The role requires professionalism, flexibility, confidentiality, and the ability to maintain exceptional food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, healthy, and well-balanced meals according to dietary and nutritional requirements
- Plan customized meal menus in coordination with nutritionists, doctors, or personal preferences
- Ensure proper portion control and nutritional balance in all meals
- Source and select high-quality fresh ingredients and maintain kitchen inventory
- Prepare meals for daily consumption, including special dietary meals when required
- Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Monitor food storage and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and wellness-focused meal plans
- Travel with the employer to provide meal preparation support during travel
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nutrition Cook, Private Chef, or Healthy Cuisine Specialist
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, balanced diets, and healthy cooking techniques
- Experience in VIP households, executive care, or private family settings is preferred
- Ability to prepare international, healthy, and customized meal plans
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Flexible with working hours and travel requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
