• Experience in occupational health, employee health, or ambulatory care setting preferred. Experience with electronic health record systems and data tracking systems. Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Other Requirements N/A This position is Onsite. Lead employee health services by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providing clinical guidance to support high-quality care. Supervise occupational health clinical staff supporting FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and Fitness for Duty assessments, including staff development, performance evaluation, and daily operations. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $76,324.00 to USD $114,487.00.
