Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Nursing Manager.
The Nursing Manager will oversee and coordinate nursing services, ensuring high-quality patient care standards.
Responsibilities
include managing nursing staff, collaborating with medical teams, implementing policies, and monitoring clinical operations to enhance patient care and safety.
Additionally, the Nursing Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining efficient workflows within the healthcare setting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing, Nursing Management, and Patient Care practices
- Expertise in Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and oversee operations effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications and a valid nursing license
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
- Experience working in a healthcare management capacity
