Nursing Faculty - Addison

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing— Required
• 2+ years of clinical experience required, preferably in Mental Health
• Strong communication, initiative, and sound judgment
• Experience creating engaging learning environments
• Conflict management and collaboration skills
• Emotional intelligence to support diverse student needs
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, simulation tools, and online learning technologies (AI familiarity preferred)
• Active, unencumbered licensure or certification as required — Required
• Maintain current clinical and regulatory credentials (as applicable)
• Meet state-specific teaching requirements (see licensure guidelines)
• Comply with clinical setting requirements (if applicable)
• Education and experience must align with state regulations
• Must be experientially prepared to teach assigned courses
