Role & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.)
- Provide basic nursing care and support as per instructions
- Maintain patient hygiene and ensure a safe environment
- Assist senior nurses/doctors during procedures
- Administer medications (for licensed nurses as per guidelines)
- Support elderly care, domiciliary care, or hospital-based care
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
