Toad Hall Nursery Group was established in 1993 and since then we have grown to 14 settings, where 440 employees support our 1,100 children a day. About our Ottershaw Nursery
Located on Brox Road in Chertsey, our nursery is easily accessible from the M25 and set in a charming, historic former schoolhouse, providing a warm, inviting environment.
Our spacious garden encourages sensory and exploratory play, fostering curiosity and creativity.

Requirements
- We’d love to hear from you if can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
- An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
- To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
