We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our center.
Key Responsibilities
- for admin manager role :
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities.
- Support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.
- Supervise children during learning, playtime, meals, and outdoor activities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and well-being.
- Encourage good behavior, manners, and social skills.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
- Prepare teaching materials and classroom displays.
- Assist children with personal hygiene and daily routines when required.
- Identify and report any developmental concerns or welfare issues.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, assistants, and management staff.
- Organize special events, celebrations, and educational outings.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of administrative or managerial experience (education sector preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
- Preference for candidates on spouse visa and those residing nearby
