Overview

**Kids First Group (KFG)** is the leading group in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha for providing premium early years education and childcare.

Founded in 2011, we have 36 nursery schools.

We stand unique from other group nurseries, as each of our Kids First Group nurseries specializes in and is passionate about their own exclusive curriculum and pedagogical approach: spanning a choice from the Early Years Foundation Stage (British EYFS), Montessori Method, and Reggio Emilia Approach, to name a few.

Kids First Group is currently seeking for an outstanding Nursery Nurse, to join our growing family for an immediate start.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

1.

Follows guidelines, policies and procedures related to areas of care.

2.

Providing medical care, infant care, guidance to parents, and encouraging the development of young children.

3.

Ensure compliance with DHA rules & regulations.

4.

Maintain individual health records for children in nursery.

5.

Carry out regular routine health checks.

6.

Offering medical care, such as dispensing medications, performing diagnostic tests, operating monitoring devices.

Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

7.

Ensuring care center environments remain safe and child friendly.

8.

Meeting with parents to discuss their child's health and development.

9.

Performing administrative duties, such as supervising staff, coordinating activity programs for children, setting up the nursery's daily routine, and attending meetings.

10.

Designing plans for child development and care, ensuring children are safe, happy, and stimulated, encouraging children's development through play, particularly during illnesses, and stimulating children with special and sensory needs.

An ideal candidate requirement:

1.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

2. Valid DHA Nurse License

3.

Atleast 1-year relevant experience in a similar setting.

4.

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, in addition to strong interpersonal skills.

5. Fluent in English
