Salary
- Salary is AED 8,500–9,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day nursery operations.
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
- Lead, support, and motivate a small team of educators.
- Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations and nursery policies.
- Manage KHDA portals, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain safeguarding, health, safety, and early years education standards.
- Support admissions, parent communication, staff coordination, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- CACHE Level 5 qualification or a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager.
- Good knowledge of KHDA regulations and experience handling the KHDA portal.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Warm, approachable, energetic, and solution-oriented; hands-on and passionate about early childhood education.
