About the Role
We are launching a new nursery concept in Dubai rooted in **nature-based learning, Reggio Emilia, and Forest School principles**.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, people-first **Nursery Manager** to lead our grand opening and build our community from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is a natural connector who is equally comfortable mentoring a teaching team, managing daily operations, and leading parent tours that convert into enrollments. **This role carries a heavy focus on admissions, marketing, and community growth.**
Key Responsibilities
- **Admissions & Marketing (Priority Focus):** Own the enrollment pipeline. Conduct compelling nursery tours, lead community open days, and execute marketing plans to meet term-on-term registration targets.
- **Leadership & Operations:** Lead, mentor, and inspire the teaching team. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nature-rich environment.
- **Curriculum & Compliance:** Ensure full compliance with **KHDA regulations** and safeguarding. Oversee EYFS curriculum delivery embedded with the *Loughat Al Daad* Arabic curriculum and nature-based themes.
- **Pre-Opening Set-Up:** Manage pre-opening documentation, KHDA premises inspection readiness, staff inductions, digital system testing, and classroom resource setup.
Qualifications & Experience
- **CACHE Level 5 Diploma** in Leadership for Children & Young People Services (Must be attested for KHDA approval).
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Early Childhood Education or a relevant equivalent field.
- **3–5 years** of experience in an early years setting, with **2–3 years** specifically in a nursery management or senior leadership role.
- **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in driving school enrollment and managing pipeline growth.
- Familiarity with the **EYFS curriculum** is required; experience with nature-based or Forest School approaches is a strong advantage.
- **UAE experience** is highly preferred.
