Role overview
Dolphin Nursery is seeking an organized and caring Nursery Manager to lead the team and oversee daily operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a teaching diploma.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children, teachers, and assistants, prioritizing children’s safety and wellbeing.
- Monitor classroom activities and the educational program.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily duties.
- Communicate with parents and address their questions and concerns.
- Oversee admissions, children’s records, cleanliness, and health and safety procedures.
- Provide daily updates to management and promptly report incidents.
Compensation
- Salary stated as AED 3,000 per month; another pay statement gives a range of AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Schedule
- Working hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Two days off per week.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
